Ingredients
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1Tbsp honey
1tsp vanilla
1tsp cinnamon Â
Preparation
1. Pour 1 can of coconut milk into a bowl or container with lid
2. Add chia seeds, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon, and stir to combine
3. Refrigerate and stir oftenÂ
Serve cold with berries and granola.
Keeps in the fridge for a week.
