About the Recipe

Ingredients

For the Bowl

1 handful fresh greens 1/4 cup cooked edamame or tofu

1/4 cup cooked brown rice

1/4 cup shredded red cabbage

1/4 shredded carrots

1/4 cup broccoli (cooked or raw)

1/4 cup cooked sweet potato cubed 

1/2 an avocado  

1 tbsp seeds/nuts/hemp seeds/seame seeds


For the Lemon Tahini Dressing

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

combine all ingredients in a bowl

mix up the dressing and drizzle over top

salt and pepper to taste
