Intuitive Eating

I'm so sick of diet culture.

Low carb, sugar-free, gluten free, vegan, keto, blah, blah blah…..


Eat what you want.

Eat what makes you feel good.

Eat when you're hungry.

Eat until you're full.

Don't eat if you're not hungry.


Your body knows what it needs. We're just so used to telling our body to shut up that we can longer hear what it’s trying to tell us.


When we are tired it's because we need rest. Instead we reach for caffeine.


When we have a headache it may be from stress or too much screen time. Do we put down the phone, turn off the tv and go meditate? Or do we reach for the ibuprofen and carry on?


Intuitive eating is a good first step in relearning how to listen to our bodies.


Treat your body like your child. If your child said "I'm hungry" and there was food in the pantry would you tell them to tough it out? No! You'd lovingly make them a snack.


Girl. If you're hungry. Go make yourself a snack.
