About the Event

Vibration possesses remarkable potency! Have you ever found yourself in a gloomy mood only for your favorite song to play on the radio? Upon hearing it, you couldn't resist dancing or singing along, could you? This underscores the influential nature of vibration. Japa, or the repetitive chanting of mantras, taps into this vibrational power to induce transformation across various facets of your being. The selected mantra carries a distinct vibration capable of effecting change in your mental, physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions.

An Opportunity for Transformation: In February 2024, the New Moon heralds a phase of personal transformation. It prompts us to let go of outdated patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that no longer benefit us. This celestial energy beckons us to welcome change, embark on new journeys, and actualize our authentic potential.

This workshop aims to acquaint you with the fundamentals of chanting, including defining key terms, preparatory steps, and a comprehensive Japa session featuring the mantra dedicated to the deity Ganesha. Commencing the new year amidst the energy of transformation, we invoke Ganesha to eliminate obstacles across every layer of our existence, enabling us to navigate our evolutionary path with freedom and ease.

Beth invites you to a 90-minute workshop delving into the transformative potential of vibration through the practice of Japa. Join to explore and experience the profound impact of this ancient technique.
