About the Event
Total relaxation. Dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat and any props or pillows you might want. We have bolsters, blocks, and blankets available as well as premium quality yoga mats available for rent. You'll spend the hour laying on your yoga mat as Beth Hartman guides us through a practice of surrender, clearing old energy, and setting new intentions.
